CERATECH's Rapid Repair ConcreteConstruction, January 2008
The new environmentally friendly, non-epoxy D.O.T.Line rapid concrete repair product from CERATECH, Inc. comes in pre-extended 58-pound bags and is mixed and placed like traditional concrete. Comprised of more than 90 percent recycled materials, the product is specifically designed for horizontal to near horizontal applications, allowing for cost-effective structural repair of roads, bridges or any other application in which quick return to service is vital. D.O.T line, which finishes like traditional Portland-based concrete, can be applied at temperatures ranging from 30 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. It has 20 minutes of working time and reaches compressive strengths of more than 2,500 pounds per square inch within two hours of adding water.
