CERATECH, Inc., introduced D.O.T.Line, an environmentally friendly, high-performance, rapid concrete repair product that is designed for horizontal to near horizontal applications, allowing for cost-effective structural repair of roads and bridges where quick return to service is vital. D.O.T.Line comes in 58-pound bags and is mixed and placed like traditional concrete. According to the company, it was developed by combining non-hazardous, green sustainable waste stream materials into a cementitious mineral structure, allowing CERATECH to offer a cost-effective, rapid repair concrete that's comprised of more than 90 percent recycled materials. It features a wide applicable temperature range of 30 to 120 degrees F and high-early strength development that allows a two-hour return to service time. D.O.T.Line has 20 minutes of working time and will reach compressive strengths of more than 2,500 psi within two hours from the addition of water.
